We're looking for a proactive and results-oriented
Client Support Specialist
to foster strong, long-term relationships with our key clients. In this non-voice role, you'll deeply understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and work cross-functionally to drive business impact. Your efforts will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders
Understand client goals and challenges to develop customized strategies
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, support) to ensure smooth execution
Lead client engagements, including strategic reviews and contract discussions
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand existing accounts
Provide insights using data-driven reports and market analysis
Mentor junior team members and support the continuous improvement of client service processes

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law (LLB), or related field; MBA is a plus
1+ years of experience in client support, account management, consulting, or strategy
Proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions and managing high-value relationships
