Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities



Provide prompt and professional support to clients via calls, emails, and chat. Understand client requirements and assist them with product-related queries. Conduct Tester checks to ensure product and service standards are met. Report bugs, errors, and issues to the development team with proper documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and QA reports.

Requirements



Fresher graduates (Any stream - IT/Non-IT welcome). Good communication skills (verbal and written). Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools. Quick learner with attention to detail. Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
