Client support -
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to clients, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.
Qualifications:
Freshers with any Degree Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. Ability to manage multiple client issues and prioritize effectively. Empathy, patience, and problem-solving mindset. Basic understanding of our products/services (training will be provided). Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
