Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Client Support Officer
with
over 2+ years of experience
to join our team. This role primarily involves managing client inquiries, maintaining accurate records of all interactions, and efficiently scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
You will play a pivotal role in fostering strategic collaborations, driving sectoral engagement, and ensuring high-value outcomes for our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address client concerns and provide accurate information about services.
Manage & convince clients' calls professionally and effectively.
Drive partnerships and collaborations across corporate, academic, and institutional sectors.
Represent the organization in high-level interactions with stakeholders, presenting our vision and services effectively.
Build and nurture strong relationships with industry leaders, clients, and ecosystem partners.
Strategize and implement sector engagement initiatives to expand outreach and impact.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and collaborations.
Analyze client and partner requirements, provide tailored solutions, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation of agreements, collaborations, and follow-ups.
Contribute to business development strategies and growth plans for new sectors and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong communication, presentation, convincing, and negotiation skills
Proven ability tobuild networks and maintain professional relationships across sectors
Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational skills, with keen attention to detail and adherence to timelines
