Other specifications: Quick in learning new systems, Know the basics of Financial investments, Very good speaking skills English & Hindi
The Client Support Executive is responsible for:
Providing customer service and support in the mutual funds/Stocks Investments.
This role involves addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring clients have a thorough understanding of the firm's mutual fund products and Stock services.
WhatsApp client Support handling? On-call discussions with clients for any update/query/information
Provide services-related facts/answers to clients after discussion with the Operations team or as guided by the team head
Point of contact for clients for any query regarding investment status, reports, transactions status, upcoming investments, documents requirements, etc.
Patiently reverting WhatsApp communications or on calls.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
