. As our client base grows, we're looking for an experienced

Customer Support Executive

who understands the dynamics of B2B communication tools and can offer

smart, timely, and tech-friendly support

.

Responsibilities:



Manage and resolve customer queries related to Bulk SMS, DLT, WhatsApp Business API, and RCS messaging. Support client onboarding, including documentation, registration on DLT portals, WhatsApp template approvals, and dashboard walkthroughs. Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, sender ID or template rejections, and escalate technical matters when needed. Maintain accurate logs in CRM and provide timely follow-ups. Ensure clients remain informed about regulatory changes (e.g., TRAI/DLT, WhatsApp policy updates). Share delivery reports, analytics, and campaign usage stats on request. Work cross-functionally with the sales, tech, and operations teams to ensure client success and retention.

Requirements:



Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in customer support or technical helpdesk roles within the mobility or digital communication industry. Strong understanding of

DLT registration

, sender ID/template creation, and SMS/WhatsApp campaign flows. Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills in

English and Hindi

. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize issues, and maintain a client-first mindset. Basic understanding of APIs & delivery logs.
