Roles and Responsibilities



Provide prompt and professional support to clients via calls, emails, and chat. Understand client requirements and assist them with product-related queries. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Report client concerns or product-related issues to the respective departments. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback. Strive to ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Requirements



Fresher graduates (Any stream - IT/Non-IT welcome). Good communication skills (verbal and written). Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools. Quick learner with attention to detail. Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
