Job Description

Responsibilities:



Handle inbound client calls and emails related to software usage. Guide our clients in using our software effectively (training will be provided). Document and escalate client issues if necessary. Provide a friendly and professional support experience.

Who Can Apply:



Fresher's or graduates in any stream (BCA, BBA, MCA, BCom, Bsc etc.). Good communication and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge (no programming or coding required). Willing to learn and work in a support/customer care environment.
