We are looking for a Client Support Executive to handle customer communication, provide service support, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle client queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Provide updates on projects and services
Resolve client issues in a professional manner
Maintain records of customer interactions
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year experience in customer support or client handling
Good communication skills in English and Tamil
Basic knowledge of IT services
Preferred Skills:
CRM or ticketing tools
Email and documentation skills
