A Client Support Executive is responsible for providing outstanding client support by assisting customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role often involves acting as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, or chat, and working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Key responsibilities include maintaining service level agreements (SLAs), supporting the sales team with customer responses, managing accurate records and reports, handling third-party invoicing and requests, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves proactive identification and resolution of recurring customer issues and sometimes providing first-line cover for customer service teams.
