Job Description

Identify and resolve client queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients. Should be able to communicate effectively with the decision-makers and office managers of the business. Assist with business development activities and policies and procedures when required. Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple roles in parallel. Manage multiple clients simultaneously with a solid inclination to create a win-win for the company. Should be able to handle the customers of the enrolled business using our platform Self-motivated with good problem-solving, logical, and analytical skills and experience with conflict resolution would be a plus.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
