The Client Support Executive is responsible for managing client inquiries, providing timely support, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role acts as a key communication link between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person professionally and promptly
Understand client requirements and provide accurate information or solutions
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support tickets
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, operations) to resolve issues
Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Provide product or service guidance and usage support
Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Collect client feedback and report improvement suggestions to management
