Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, or chat. Understand client needs and provide prompt assistance, guidance, and issue resolution. Maintain strong professional relationships to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, tech, or billing) to resolve client concerns efficiently. Document all client interactions in the CRM or support system, ensuring accurate records. Monitor and follow up on pending client requests or escalations until closure. Assist clients with onboarding, product setup, training, or service usage support. Share product updates, service enhancements, or relevant offerings to improve client experience. Collect and communicate client feedback to relevant teams for process improvements. Prepare and submit regular reports on client status, service issues, and performance metrics.
