We are seeking a

Client Support Executive (Female)

who is fluent in

English

and skilled in handling

online client communication only

--through

chat, email, calls, and listening

. This role does

not

involve any direct face-to-face interaction with clients. Your role is to provide quick and professional support to clients across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle client queries through

chat, email, and phone calls

. Provide clear, accurate, and polite responses in fluent English. Maintain proper records of client communications. Coordinate internally to resolve client issues efficiently. Follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction.

Requirements:



Female candidates only Must be

fluent in English

- verbal and written Comfortable working with

chat, email, and phone support

Good typing speed and email etiquette Basic computer and internet usage knowledge Calm and professional communication style Prior experience in client/customer support is an advantage

Preferred Skills:



Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems Good listening skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple queries at once Positive and client-focused attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
