Position Overview:
We are looking for
Client Support Executives
who are detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to work in dynamic global operations. You will be responsible for handling data management, research, reporting, and CRM updates with accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
Review and update client and project data accurately.
Create and maintain reports using
MS Excel
,
Google Sheets
, or similar tools.
Assist in preparing and formatting client proposals.
Manage and update CRM systems and internal databases.
Support team operations by ensuring smooth workflow and timely deliverables.
Required Skills
Strong English written communication and attention to detail.
Proficient in
MS Excel
/
Google Sheets
(formulas, data organization, and reports).
Basic understanding of CRM tools or data entry systems.
Ability to research, collect, and analyze online information.
Knowledge of the
U.S. Insurance industry
will be an added advantage.
Education & Experience
Graduate or Undergraduate from any discipline (non-technical background acceptable).
6-18 months
of experience in back-office, client servicing, or process support preferred.
Up to
2 years of total professional experience
desirable.
Work Schedule
5-Day Work Week.
Flexible for both day and night shifts.
Willingness to work in
U.S. time zone shifts
