Job Overview:


We are looking for a

Client Support Executive

to build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional support and service. The ideal candidate will handle client queries via calls, emails, and chat, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Communicate with clients to understand and resolve their queries. Provide accurate information about products and services. Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs efficiently. Maintain client records and document all interactions. Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and clients are satisfied.

Requirements:



Strong communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools). Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills. Positive, patient, and professional attitude. Willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
