Job Role:

We are hiring

female candidates

for a fresher-level Client Support Executive role. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, maintaining follow-ups, and making payment reminder calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally. Follow up with clients and ensure timely payment reminders. Maintain call logs and update internal systems regularly. Understand customer queries and provide accurate information. Communicate effectively with clients in a clear and polite manner. Support the team in daily operations and client coordination.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills. Spontaneity and quick response ability. Fluency in

Telugu, Hindi, and English

is mandatory. Basic computer operating skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
