Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time customer support through the company's
chat platform
Respond to customer queries in a
professional, timely, and empathetic
manner
Assist customers with product-related questions and service usage
Identify issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution or escalation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Ensure a

Required Skills & Qualifications
