Client Support Executive

Job Description

The Client Support Executive will provide timely and professional support to clients, resolve queries and issues, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for clients via email, phone, and other communication channels. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when required. Resolve client queries, complaints, and service requests within defined timelines. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to ensure smooth issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requests, and resolutions in the system. Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and services meet expectations. Assist in onboarding new clients and providing product/service guidance.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Graduate in any discipline. 0-2 years of experience in client support, customer service, or a similar role. Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Attention to detail and good time-management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
