Over see the Technical Support team :Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of LED video walls.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance tests after installations and repairs to ensure adherence to standards and client satisfaction.
Perform thorough checks to validate proper functioning of all display features, including resolution, brightness, and color consistency.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Generate reports on service visits, including problem descriptions, actions taken, and recommendations for improvements.
Customer Inteaction: Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner, explaining technical issues and solutions clearly.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused attitude with a strong desire to provide excellent service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
