We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Malayalam and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Interaction:
Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, or social media messages from students in Malayalam.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our services, products, and policies in Malayalam.
Address and resolve student complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Problem Solving:
Identify and assess students' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our services or products.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support if necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of student interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Document student feedback and report recurring issues to management.
Prepare and submit reports on student inquiries and feedback.
Product and Service Knowledge:
Stay informed about our services, products, policies, and procedures.
Educate students on how to use our services and address any queries in Malayalam.
Student Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with students through effective communication and support.
Follow up with students to ensure their issues are resolved and their experience is satisfactory.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and problem resolution.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on new developments.
Adherence to Standards:
Follow company guidelines and policies while interacting with students.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
Skills:
Fluency in Malayalam
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing student concerns.
