Role Overview



We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage client success, host and coordinate webinars, and drive conversions through webinar-based selling. This role involves handling participants before, during, and after webinars, guiding them with program information, resolving queries, and supporting them to take confident, informed decisions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth webinar operations, exceptional customer experience, strong engagement, and consistent conversion growth.

Key Responsibilities



Client Success

? Act as the primary relationship manager for clients and program participants

? Understand customer needs, challenges, and expectations

? Ensure successful onboarding and a smooth user journey

? Provide timely guidance, follow-up, and problem resolution

? Track progress, collect feedback & success stories

? Maintain CRM records and build long-term client relationships

? Support client retention and renewal goals

Webinar Hosting & Execution

? Confidently host and manage live webinars

? Engage participants through chat, polls, callouts, and interaction

? Manage Q&A and audience queries with clarity and professionalism

? Assist expert speakers and coordinate handovers smoothly

? Maintain flow, timing, engagement quality, and experience

? Collaborate with internal teams for webinar setup, tech checks & reporting

Webinar Sales & Conversions

? Present offers, pricing, and program benefits clearly

? Deliver CTA segments and conversion closing statements during webinars

? Conduct follow-up consultation / qualification calls post-webinar

? Build trust, manage objections, and convert interested leads

? Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets

? Analyze webinar performance and suggest improvement strategies

Skills & Competencies



? Excellent communication & presentation skills

? Strong relationship-building & empathy-driven selling ability

? Confident on camera & comfortable hosting live sessions

? Persuasive objection-handling & negotiation skills

? Organized, disciplined & results-oriented mindset

? Ability to multitask and perform under deadlines

? Experience with Zoom/Google Meet, CRM & Google Suite preferred

Experience Required



? 1-2 years in client success / inside sales / counseling / webinar sales / academic counselling / customer success

? Experience in wellness, coaching, education or training industry preferred

? Experience presenting or hosting events/webinars is a strong advantage
