Job Description

The Client Success & Support Lead will manage customers after the successful implementation of Zoho solutions. The role ensures smooth adoption, high utilization of modules, continuous functional guidance, and timely support coordination. The key goal is to enhance client satisfaction, retention, renewals, and overall account growth.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-implementation. Ensure effective onboarding and adoption of Zoho applications. Conduct periodic review meetings and track account health. Coordinate with internal support and technical teams for issue resolution. Provide process improvement suggestions and guide clients on best practices. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities. Maintain documentation, reports, and usage insights.

Required Skills



3+ years in Client Success, Support, CRM Support, or SaaS roles. Working knowledge of Zoho products (CRM, Books, Desk, People, or Zoho One). Strong communication and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and handle escalations. Analytical mindset with a focus on improving business processes.

Pay: ?540,000.00 - ?840,000.00 per year
