Job Description

Location: Alwarpet, Chennai (Work from Office ONLY).

Segment: Advertising/Digital Marketing.

Experience: 1 years plus till 4 years ONLY.

Responsibilities:



1. Regular Client Communication and Updates:


Maintain a healthy rapport with the client and ensure all requirements are collected

and well documented in a timely manner


Conduct regular meetings with the client to ensure all larger objectives are being met


Respond to client queries and requests in a timely manner across all communication

platforms


Collect client review and approvals for output (where relevant), in a timely manner


Maintain a lead list where relevant, and update the client in a timely manner

2. Issue Resolution and Escalation Management:


Raise any concerns the client may have regarding different facets of our service to the

appropriate manager and ensure that the plan, action and progress and communicated

to the client


If the client consistently (3-4 times) raises the same concern, escalate it to your

reporting manager so it can be addressed swiftly and effectively

3. Social Media Calendar Planning and Management: ₹ Develop the monthly calendar for each assigned client in line with overall objectives and monthly campaigns
Ensure that all monthly deliverables are met as per the MSA with the client

4. Internal Liaison for the Client: ₹ Liaise with other departments in the organization to ensure deliverables are met both quantitatively and qualitatively
Reprioritize and communicate task allocations to the team in a timely manner, while also consulting them on refreshed timelines before informing the client

Required Skills and Competencies:



1. Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in client communications and deliverables.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client

relationships.

4. Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to issue

resolution.

5. Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and

meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms.

7. Ability to conceptualize and communicate campaign strategies effectively, aligning with

client goals and objectives.

Education and Experience:




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
