A fast growing logistics technology company based in Hong Kong having operations in the US, Europe, Canada and Asia Pacific Region is hiring Client Success Representatives.Positions - 2 ( one CSR to work in US time zone; 2nd one to work in Asia Pacific time zone)Experience - 2+ years.Age- up to 55 years.Qualifications:Any Graduate with excellent spoken and written English.It is engaged in managing Storage, Fulfillment and Shipping Solutions globally for household brands. for its E commerce clients.Responsibilities:Manage existing relationships with partners by responding promptly, professionally and accurately to all enquiries.Respond to, troubleshoot and resolve daily fulfillment and delivery issuesSupport team by using online ticketing tools including G Suites, Intercom, Asana and Notion.Provide expert answers to questions regarding product, pricing and availability, while presenting the value of portfolio of products to client.Research information using available resources to satisfy client inquiriesDocument issues and resolutions in an electronic database for Management reviewConsistently hold Warehouse Strategic partners to strict Service Level AgreementsReport on the performance of Warehouse Strategic partners in respect of on- time receiving and shipping, inventory, accuracy and packing qualityWork with multiple departments, including operations and sales and marketing teams to maintain highest standards of client success.Required skills:Logistics background desirable but not mandatoryStrong verbal and written skillsAbility to solve problems and resolve conflictsAbility to multi tasking and work independentlyPrioritization and time management skillsAnalytical and process orientedExperience in G Suite, Intercom, Notion is desirable but not necessary.Should have own laptop.Benefits: Remote WorkingInternational Travel (up to 2X year)Work with a Dynamic and motivated team in Australia, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, UK, US, Hong Kong, Russia, IndiaPaid vacationsPerformance Bonuses.Please share your updated CV at the earliest.Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
