As a Client Success Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the startup banking sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the startup banking sector
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients
- Monitor and analyze client performance and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better serve clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the retail banking industry
- Strong understanding of startup banking and the needs of clients in this sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
