You will be responsible for
managing client relationships, streamlining internal operations, and making sure projects are delivered on time, with excellence.
Key Responsibilities Client Servicing
Act as the
primary point of contact
for all client communications.
Understand client objectives and marketing challenges, and translate them into actionable deliverables for the team.
Build and maintain
strong client relationships
, ensuring retention and growth.
Proactively share updates, reports, and performance insights with clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Operations & Execution
Coordinate between design, content, ads, and strategy teams to ensure work is aligned with client expectations.
Develop
project timelines, workflows, and task allocations
to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure quality standards.
Optimize internal processes for efficiency and scalability.
Track team performance, manage workloads, and maintain accountability.
Who You Are
1-5 years of experience in
client servicing, account management, or operations management
(preferably in digital marketing/creative agencies).
Strong communicator with the ability to handle
CXO-level client conversations
.
Proven experience in
project management
tools and processes.
Problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
People leader who can motivate teams and drive accountability.
