Job Responsibilities:-



Understand client requirements and ensure proper implementation of services. Manage

client onboarding

, product training, and account setup. Monitor client usage and engagement with the product/software. Resolve client issues by coordinating with technical and support teams. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers. Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings with clients. Maintain client records, reports, and communication history in CRM. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Experience:-Fresher(English)


Skill:-Experience in B2B IT sales


Salary:-15,000-20,000(PM)
