In this role, you will not just manage relationships; you will act as a strategic consultant, monitoring the growth and ROI of Meta and Google Ad campaigns. You will ensure our clients understand their performance metrics (Lead Gen & Sales) and are constantly scaling their business with us.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Strategy & Growth Monitoring
Performance Oversight:
Actively monitor client ad accounts (specifically
Meta Ads
and
Google Ads
) to ensure campaigns are meeting the agreed-upon KPIs (CPA, ROAS, ROI).
ROI Analysis:
Analyze data to track Lead Generation quality and Performance Marketing efficiency. Translate complex metrics into clear business value for the client.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the media buying team to propose optimization strategies. If a campaign is underperforming, you are responsible for communicating the "why" and the "fix" to the client.
Growth Consulting:
Identify opportunities to scale budgets or expand into new channels (e.g., suggesting Google Search for high-intent capture alongside Meta awareness).
2. Relationship Management & Communication
Primary Point of Contact:
Serve as the main liaison for a dedicated portfolio of high-value accounts.
Reporting:
Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews using detailed reports. Move beyond sending spreadsheets; provide insights on what the data meansfor their business growth.
Retention:
proactively address client concerns to prevent churn. Ensure high client satisfaction scores (CSAT).
Onboarding:
Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring their pixel tracking, events manager, and goals are correctly set up before launch.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Graphic Design and Copywriting teams to ensure ad creatives align with the client's brand voice and performance goals.
Provide feedback to the Ad Operations team based on client inputs and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
3 to 7 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years specifically in a Client Success, Account Management, or Strategist role.
Platform Expertise:
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram):
Deep understanding of Lead Generation forms, conversion objectives, pixel tracking, and retargeting audiences.
Google Ads:
Familiarity with Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to read data from Google Analytics (GA4) and Ad Managers to determine ROI and ROAS.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to de-escalate situations and explain technical concepts to non-technical business owners.
Tools:
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Reporting tools (Looker Studio, Supermetrics) is a plus.
