We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused
Client Success Manager / Key Account Manager - School Division
to manage and grow relationships with schools. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring smooth implementation of our services, long-term satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture relationships with existing school clients across assigned regions
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, order updates, andservice coordination
Reconnect with former clients to explore opportunities for re-engagement andrenewed business
Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the schoolsegment
Coordinate effectively with internal departments such as design, production, and dispatch to fulfil client needs
Ensure timely post-sales support and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed client records and update CRM tools consistently
Key Skills & Requirements:
2-4 years in B2B client management, preferably in the education,EdTech, or consumer goods sector
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong relationship-building and client servicing capabilities
Proactive follow-up and well-organized work habits
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the region
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
