Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Serve as the
primary point of contact for client
Understand and leverage the latest advancements in AI-driven analytics tools to provide clients with personalized insights and performance metrics.
Manage ongoing client communication, expectations, and feedback
Conduct regular review calls, performance discussions, and planning sessions
Build long-term, trusted client relationships
Strategy & Technical Discussions
Lead
technical and strategic discussions
with clients across GEO/SEO, PPC, content, and social media
Translate client goals into clear action plans for internal teams
Review campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Engage in discussions about AI and machine learning's potential to enhance GEO/SEO strategies, content targeting, and audience segmentation for optimized results.
Lead conversations about the latest AI developments, including natural language processing (NLP) for content optimization, and AI-powered analytics for tracking and improving marketing campaigns.
Explore AI-powered personalization technologies that can significantly increase conversion rates and ROI, while aligning these innovations with client goals.
PPC & Performance Marketing
Stay on top of the latest AI-powered tools like Google's AI-driven Smart Bidding and other machine learning algorithms that optimize campaign bidding and targeting.
Utilize advanced AI tools for predictive analytics, delivering actionable insights into customer behavior, preferences, and purchase patterns to enhance ad performance.
Recommend AI-based optimization techniques such as audience targeting based on deep learning models and behavior prediction to further drive growth in PPC campaigns.
Training & Internal Collaboration
Support
training and mentoring
of internal teams on best practices and client requirements
Collaborate with technical teams to develop automated solutions that integrate AI-driven insights into the campaign management workflow, improving speed and efficiency.
Help maintain process documentation and quality standards
Lead internal discussions on how emerging technologies, like AI, can revolutionize digital marketing tactics, ensuring teams are equipped with cutting-edge knowledge and skills.
Reporting & Delivery
Translate data into insights with strong skills in reporting, dashboards, and performance visualization
Presenting results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure quality, consistency, and SLA adherence across accounts
Proactively identify risks and resolution plans
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in
Client Success / Account Management / Digital Marketing
Strong understanding of
GEO/SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, and PPC
High comfort and practical experience with AI-driven tools, including AI-based content creation, optimization, and analysis and use of GPT-based tools and NLP-driven platforms for SEO, content, and campaign insights
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads and Meta Ads
Excellent
communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience handling
technical discussions and audits
Agency experience is strongly preferred
