Roles and Responsiblity



Media Buying Literacy (Advisor level): 1-3+ years exposure to paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, or native). Comfortable reading dashboards, diagnosing common issues, and proposing next steps.

Client/Account Management: Experience influencing clients to adopt recommendations, even without direct control.

Compliance-First Mindset: Familiar with ad policy pitfalls (claims, restricted categories, data privacy basics).

Analytical & Structured: Can translate noisy data into clear, prioritized actions and simple projections.Communication: Strong spoken & written English; crisp updates, good call etiquette, and meeting leadership.

Availability: Flexible hybrid schedule with part daytime and part night coverage; fast responsiveness to messages.

Required QualificationsTools:

Comfortable with ad platforms, basic analytics (GA4 or similar), attribution/pixels, spreadsheets, and ticketing/CRM tools.
