Job Overview
We are looking for a
Client Success Executive - Store Launch
to ensure that after a client signs with Texvalley, their store opens on time during the rent-free period. You will be the bridge between clients and our internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination, timely fit-outs, and tracking all milestones leading up to store opening.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the
primary point of contact
for clients after the sales deal is closed
Track timelines and progress of store fit-outs and openings
Coordinate with clients and Texvalley's on-ground teams to resolve issues
Follow up regularly to ensure milestones are met and delays are avoided
Maintain progress reports and escalate delays where necessary
Ensure clients adhere to timelines for store launch within the rent-free period
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in
client servicing, operations coordination, or project follow-up
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
Experience in retail or commercial real estate coordination is an advantage
