Job Overview:

We are looking for a Client Success Service Specialist to join our Client Happiness Team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our clients are happy, helping reduce client attrition, and improving the profitability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:



Review client files (Placement, Retraction, and Payment) to ensure they are properly processed in the system. Monitor client communication to ensure reports and updates are sent on time, especially during the first 30 days after implementation. Keep the active client list updated and ensure reports are delivered on time, with special care to handle sensitive information (PII) correctly. Support audits by providing necessary email/SMS renders. Handle individual or bulk retractions as needed by the client. Update client configurations after the product is implemented. Assist the Client Success Manager with business reviews and prepare templates for client communication.

Skills and Requirements:



Proficiency with Google Sheets and Jira. Willingness to learn new tools and systems, specifically the Retain Retool system. Strong written communication skills.
