Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients and assist with their queries.
Understand client needs and provide support to ensure smooth service usage.
Handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
Prepare basic reports and presentations using
Excel and PowerPoint

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Learn and contribute towards achieving team customer success targets.
Requirements
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in
customer service, client handling, or internships
.
Strong communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel & PowerPoint
.
Eager to learn, customer-oriented, and professional in approach.
Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work well in a team.
