We are now looking to expand our team by bringing in passionate fitness professionals who can guide our customers with knowledge and care.
Who We're Looking For:
A
fitness trainer
with
5+ years of real-world experience
who is eager to use their knowledge to support customers, close warm leads, and boost conversions. If you love helping others with their fitness goals and understand supplements inside-out, this is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via
WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
in a professional and empathetic manner.
Follow up
with abandoned checkouts and warm leads to help them complete their purchases.
Explain product benefits, supplement stacks, timing, dosage, and use cases to different types of fitness customers.
Recommend products based on fitness goals (e.g., fat loss, muscle gain, strength, recovery).
Handle basic queries, order tracking, and feedback management.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
fluently (spoken and written).
Strong understanding of fitness goals, training splits, macros, and recovery strategies.
Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
Prior experience in
sales, online coaching, or supplement retail
is needed.
Familiarity with tools like
WhatsApp Business, Shopify, Zoko, or Hubspot CRM
is an added advantage.
