JOB DESCRIPTION for Client Success Associate o Own and oversee the customer for the entirety of their journey with us. You will proactively drive adoption, platform optimization, and organizational alignment. o Conduct regular business reviews, aligning clients, and internal teams to achieve stated objectives. o Act as a product expert advising them on best practices and how others are leveraging the platform to achieve amazing results. o Ensure account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging or escalating to resources from across the company as needed. o Act as the voice of our customers compiling their feedback and advocating on their behalf for platform improvements. o Build customer loyalty and advocacy. o Provide amazing, consistent, and timely client communication. o Onboarding new clients. o Training clients on our platform. o Enable our customers and help them in engaging with the platform. o Strategize with clients on partner user engagement efforts to meet program goals based on KPIs. o Partner with clients on webinars and trade show demos to educate partners and encourage adoption. SKILLS REQUIRED o Excellent business acumen, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. o Strong knowledge of the digital marketing space, and a passion for marketing technology. o Ability to upsell will be an added advantage o Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, executing a strategy while taking advantage of opportunities to be creative. o Driven nature with a desire to take on challenges and additional responsibilities. o Flexible and adaptable to the startup environment. o Passionate about customers and providing a world-class customer experience. o Highly organized and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
