Own and oversee the customer for the entirety of their journey with us. You will proactively drive adoption, platform optimization, and organizational alignment.
Conduct regular business reviews, aligning clients, and internal teams to achieve stated objectives.
Act as a product expert advising them on best practices and how others are leveraging the platform to achieve amazing results.
Ensure account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging or escalating to resources from across the company as needed.
Act as the voice of our customers compiling their feedback and advocating on their behalf for platform improvements.
Build customer loyalty and advocacy.
Provide amazing, consistent, and timely client communication.
Onboarding new clients.
Training clients on our platform.
Enable our customers and help them in engaging with the platform.
Strategize with clients on partner user engagement efforts to meet program goals based on KPIs.
Partner with clients on webinars and trade show demos to educate partners and encourage adoption. SKILLS REQUIRED
Excellent business acumen, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of the digital marketing space, and a passion for marketing technology.
Ability to upsell will be an added advantage
Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, executing a strategy while taking advantage of opportunities to be creative.
