We offer 3 major services under one umbrella: Career Discovery, College Counselling, and Personality and Portfolio Development. Founded in 2020, we\'ve worked with 2300+ students across India and Nepal to date, with 100% satisfaction across our major verticals. As a Client Success and Acquisition Associate, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving the growth of our counselling program among high school students. You will maintain the onboard, support, and manage client portfolios of the students enrolled with us and ensure the smooth delivery of our programmes. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with them, and effectively communicating the value of our counselling services. ON THE JOB/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Research to identify potential target schools and students. Interact with leads through calls, zoom meetings, emails, and networking. Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients, by showcasing the benefits and value of our counselling program to potential clients. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and serving as a liaison between the client and the company. Onboarding and Training: Assisting clients in the onboarding process, providing training on products or services, and offering ongoing support to ensure clients maximize the value of their investment. Issue Resolution and Support: Addressing client queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions to maintain client satisfaction and retention. REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proven experience in business development is a plus point. Must be pursuing a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree. WORK TYPE: Work from the office in Jaipur, 6 days a week.
