Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients
Provide clear and professional solutions to customer queries
Communicate effectively with high-value clients
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure client satisfaction and adhere to quality standards
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident, professional, and customer-focused
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)
