Summary: You will partner with advertisers using our programmatic ads platform Amazon DSP to drive successful business outcomes.

About the team: Amazon India Advertising is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, and entrepreneurs. Our ad solutions - including sponsored, display, video, and custom ads - leverage Amazon\'s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service, managed service, and programmatic ad buying, these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more. Our programmatic advertising platform, the Amazon Demand Side Platform (DSP), is becoming increasingly popular with major advertisers and agencies worldwide. We believe we understand e-commerce advertising better than anybody else and want to turn it into a science of its own that all users can leverage for their programmatic advertising.

About the role: We\'re looking for a highly motivated Client Solutions Manager who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers, educating them on display and programmatic ads and helping solve ambiguous business problems. Additionally, you\'ll be able to leverage Amazon\'s proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized recommendations, influencing both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate them reaching their business goals, drive incremental revenue while boosting advertiser satisfaction.

You will need to have expertise in advertising technology, programmatic advertising, and the Amazon DSP and leverage it to benchmark our ad products with industry and build sales narratives. You will work closely with internal sales, product, creatives and support teams to address customer needs, acting as the voice of the customer to help drive product enhancements, and create solutions on behalf of your customers. Your ownership, curiosity, and industry knowledge will allow you to comprehensively understand the technical details of our offerings and be able to speak to customers. Your customer obsession and ability to influence internal stakeholders will allow you to drive the right solution for our customers. You will be involved in both customer-facing interactions (with agency and advertiser) as well as internal stakeholder teams.

Key job responsibilities
- Become a knowledgeable partner and leader on Amazon Advertising solutions

- Develop annual media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals and objectives while identifying incremental revenue opportunities

- Execute media strategy with support from internal teams and review with advertisers

- Leverage insights, trends and your knowledge of marketing and amazon advertising solutions to build Amazon DSP sales narratives and pitch Amazon DSP to new clients

- Perform in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategy

- Work cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to execute campaigns, drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of post MBA experience in digital advertising/marketing/brand management and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis
- Experience with annual brand planning and media planning
- Programmatic advertising strategy and implementation experience
- Ability to think strategically, plan meticulously and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent data driven storytelling skills - you create and deliver compelling presentations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA from Tier 1 B school is preferred
- Experience in Omni-channel marketing, display, over-the-top (OTT), or search marketing
- Adept at solving problems that span business and technology
- Influence process improvement that scales broadly; inventing and simplifying within existing processes
- Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills
