Key responsibilities:
This role will focus on Business expansion of Godrej Living & highly focused on generating new business while creating value for our customers.
Revenue Generation

• Market research & analysis
• Lead generation & prospecting
• Expansion of Real Estate portfolio through value added services for end users with support of technology platform
• Sales & Negotiation

Strategic Planning

• Strategies to capture new market
• Trend analysis & restructuring of pricing & marketing strategy
• Market penetration

Collaboration

• Adaptability to interact & build business relationships with client & team
• Support transition and post transition activities
• Collaborate with internal teams for data sharing

Who are we looking for?
Education:
Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree (MBA) in Marketing preferred.
Experience:
8-12 years of experience
