Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Solutions Partner to act as the CTO's strategic representative, driving techno-commercial presales and executive client engagement. The role focuses on converting technical solutions into business outcomes through client discovery, solution design, proposal development, and executive presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client discovery sessions and define solution strategies aligned with business objectives.
Design secure, scalable architectures and prepare HLDs, LLDs, and BoMs.
Develop techno-commercial proposals, including TCO/ROI analysis and risk assessment.
Co-present with the CTO in C-level meetings, demos, and POCs.
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Alliances to accelerate deal closures.
Maintain solution playbooks, templates, and mentor presales team members.
Ensure smooth acceptance-to-delivery (A2D) handovers.
Required Skills & Experience
6-10 years of presales experience in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity domains.
Strong business storytelling, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of ITIL, ISO27001, and zero-trust architecture.
Proficiency in Visio/Draw.io, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems (HubSpot/SFDC), Jira/ServiceNow.
