Product Training and Technical Support Trainee
. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software and technology solutions, including CRM systems, websites, and portals, by providing comprehensive support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, providing training on our company's products, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain constant communication with management, team, and clients to ensure proper operations of the organization
Familiarizing you with all products and services offered by our company.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Firmly work with respective team members to update the tickets
Providing training on our company's products
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity
Convincing and influencing ability
Excellent communication skills, Verbal and Written
Skills to work both independently and as part of a team
