We are looking for candidates who possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in

customer engagement, project management, and consulting in Digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities


Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact


Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively


Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met


Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities


Address customer issues with speed and efficiency


Prepare reports on project performance

Requirements and skills


Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer engagement, project

management, and consulting


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or advertising.


Strong understanding of various performance marketing channels, including PPC,

SEO, email marketing, and social media.


Proficient in using performance marketing tools and analytics platforms.


Excellent project management and organizational skills.


Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.


Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.


Prior experience in client management and account leadership is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
