Role: Client Servicing Representative
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional who can manage brand communication, coordinate campaigns, and ensure smooth execution across teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment and strong in client handling.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture client relationships
Ensure smooth and timely communication between clients and internal teams
Coordinate
digital marketing campaigns and social media activities
Represent
brands on/off camera
for relatable video content
Work with design, content, and analytics teams for project execution
Support content planning, campaign updates, and performance tracking
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing
Prior agency experience preferred
Understanding of social media, content marketing, and influencer marketing
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Canva, and basic reel editing
Comfortable creating phone-shot videos or quick reels
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Nice to Have
Experience working with influencers or UGC creators
Understanding of branding and storytelling
Ability to ideate creative social media concepts
