Job Description

1. Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure ongoing communication and alignment with event goals.

2. Interpret client expectations and convert them into clear, actionable plans and deliverables.

3. Develop and oversee comprehensive schedules, budgets, and workstreams for each event.

4. Manage collaboration between internal departments and third-party vendors to ensure all event aspects are executed smoothly.

5. Lead the coordination and delivery of both in-person and virtual medical events, covering logistics, technology, and participant support.

6. Track overall project performance, foresee potential risks, and take proactive steps to keep the event on course.

7. Monitor and manage event-related expenses, ensure proper financial documentation, and facilitate client billing and collections.

8. Keep thorough documentation to support compliance with industry standards and enable future reference or audits.

9. Compile post-event analysis, gather feedback from stakeholders, and conduct team debriefs for continuous improvement.

10. Utilize PERT charts to map timelines, dependencies, and critical paths for event execution.

11. Adhere strictly to established communication protocols and key conference deadlines.

12. Ensure that all major decisions and approvals from the client are formally documented via email for accountability.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
