Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Client Servicing professional

to manage day-to-day coordination and execution of waste material projects. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication with clients (brands, recyclers, aggregators), timely reporting, documentation, and issue resolution for ongoing projects in material recovery and traceability.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the

primary point of contact

for all client queries, updates, and reporting requirements related to waste material movement and EPR projects. Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, operations, QC, finance) to ensure that client deliverables are met

on time and with quality

. Track project progress and maintain

daily, weekly, and monthly reporting dashboards

including tonnage, traceability, logistics, and invoicing. Maintain updated records of POs, invoices, credit certificates, and supporting documentation for each project. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to share progress, address feedback, and ensure satisfaction. Support in preparing presentations, summaries, and MIS reports for internal reviews and external meetings. Escalate any bottlenecks or deviations from agreed SLAs and work with the internal team for timely resolution. Assist in onboarding new clients by collecting documentation and coordinating for project kick-offs.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets, reporting formats, and dashboards Highly organized, with attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Understanding of waste material value chains, recyclables, and traceability (preferred) Ability to coordinate across functions and drive task completion

Qualifications:

Graduate in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields Postgraduate preferred but not mandatory Experience in sustainability, logistics, or waste management is a

plus
