Job Description

Act as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients. Understand clients' business goals and provide strategic input to help meet those goals. Manage and nurture long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Maintain a regular communication schedule with clients via meetings, calls, messages, emails, and reports. Oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of client projects. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., creative, digital, finance, production) to deliver quality outcomes. Handle client queries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional & polite manner. Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients. Ensure that all communication reflects the company's values and maintains a high standard of professionalism. Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and quality standards. Manage budgets and ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up.

Key Requirements:



English Proficiency is must. 3-6 years of experience in client servicing, customer success, or account management. Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients across all levels of an organization. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
