Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing Manager to lead and manage key government & PSU clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development, creative coordination (mainline advertising + events), and tender / government procurement processes. Must be able to handle creative teams, manage client expectations, drive new business, and ensure delivery of high-quality campaigns and events in compliance with government/PSU norms.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: - -


Act as the primary liaison for government and PSU clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.


Maintain and nurture long-term relationships to foster client satisfaction and repeat business.

Business Development: -

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within government and PSU sectors.


Develop and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.

Creative Coordination:

Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop advertising campaigns and event concepts that align with client objectives.


Ensure the timely and quality delivery of creative assets and event materials.

Tender Management:

Oversee the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with government procurement policies.


Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information and submit tenders within deadlines.

Project Execution:

Manage the execution of advertising campaigns and events, ensuring they meet client


expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.


Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


68 years of experience in client servicing, with a focus on government and PSU clients.


Proven track record in business development within the advertising and events industry.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Skills:


Experience in mainline advertising and event management for government and PSU clients.


Strong creative coordination skills, with the ability to translate client needs into effective campaigns and events.
